The Music Museum

Immerse yourself in music in this wonderful building from the 17th and 18th centuries. Watch, listen and play! The displays reflect music´s various roles through instruments and other items, in pictures, manuscripts and music. The main part of the collections are 6000 musical instruments. Western art music during the period 1600-1850 is especially well represented. The collection of the 18th century woodwind is renowned in international organological circles.
