Movie theatres in Stockholm

There are tons and tons of places to go see movies in Stockholm, and the prices are pretty much the same anywhere you go, so it all has to do with location. Below you'll find a listing of some easily accessible movie theatres and the general information you'll need to go see movies there. Note that foreign movies are always shown in the original language with subtitles in Swedish.

There are two main "theatre" companies that rival for the moviegoers, Sandrews (Swedish link) and SF (Swedish link). They both have on-line booking systems but since they're in Swedish, your best bet is to give the theatre you want to go to a call to hear their listings or just pick up one of the free newspapers and check out what's playing when and where.
