Boule

The winter or colder months of the year don't offer much for the boule enthusiast, but in the summertime the parks, beaches and all the other suitable places are filled with people playing the game. It's very much associated to the idea of being Swedish in Stockholm, a get-back-to-your-roots-with-a-cocktail of sorts. The fact that boule is originally French is something that people just choose not to think about. In any case, picking up a game at the nearest gas-station should be a snap.

For those who feel like going a bit more "pro", some organized boule-playing areas are available.
