Package reservations

From this page, you can reach our secure instant online reservations system with full hotel search capabilities and online card payment. The Stockholm à la Carte Card is included as a free bonus with all reservations. It is valid for the arrival and departure days and all days in between and is issued upon check-in. Rates depend on the day of the week and on season and are sharply discounted from mid-June to mid-August and all weekends and holidays year round.

The friendliest terms on the market

There can be a lot of fine print when you book hotels on the Internet, and that can lead to unpleasant surprises. We have the friendliest terms of all and our package rates can stand comparison with anyone. See for yourself!

  • Free cancellation up to the night before arrival. After that, we charge only for the first night, not for the full value of the reservation. So, why tie yourself down? And why spend money on expensive cancellation insurance?
  • No charge for changes. Change away to your heart's delight. We don't charge a penny for the trouble. Others want up to for this.
  • Travel first, pay later! Why pre-pay 40 days in advance or more? If you make your reservation online with us, we won't charge your credit card until the day after check-out from the hotel. (But we will reserve the amount on the day before arrival and will cancel the reservation if that doesn't work out.)
  • Children free! We will give all children under 18 a roll-away bed in the room of the parent(s), breakfast*) and a Stockholm à la Carte-card!. No one else does it. There are even those who charge more than per night for children - without any city card.
  • Single rooms without supplement. We are the only ones who can offer a selection of 20 hotels, where singles are priced at the same level as a half double. Why squeeze in tight, when a room of your own doesn't cost more?
*) Except at self service apartment hotels.

By making a reservation, you agree to the following
TERMS OF CONTRACT

  1. The tour operator responsible for the Stockholm à la Carte package under the Swedish Law on Package Travel (which is based on the Package Travel Directive of the European Union) is NDSHT Nya Destination Stockholm Hotell & Teaterpaket AB • Nybrogatan 58 • SE-114 40 Stockholm.
  2. Reservations are binding and subject to these terms as soon as they have been confirmed. You have the right to put someone else in your place for this reservation.
  3. Payment is due no later than the first banking day after check-out from the hotel. If you are paying online by credit card, we will charge the appropriate amount on that day.
  4. Cancellations of hotel packages can be made up to the day before originally scheduled arrival. For later cancellations or no-show, the value of the first night of the package cost will be charged. If your package includes theatre or show tickets, the full price for these will be charged for all cancellations later than 22 days before the performance.
  5. You have a right to free cancellation at any time if the package cannot be delivered as confirmed and if we fail to provide an alternative so similar to the package originally booked, that the difference is of little consequence to you (e.g. hotel at the same rate and in a similar location.) In this case, you only have to pay us for those parts of the arrangement that you have already used. If anything goes wrong, try to have it corrected by the hotel. If this is not possible, contact us. If you cannot reach us while you are in Stockholm (due to a weekend or holiday stay) you must claim refund no later than two months after departure from the hotel.
  6. Any dispute arising out of this contract is subject to Swedish Law. If you cannot come to terms with us, you are entitled to bring your complant to the Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. The board consists of an impartial chairman and representatives for both consumer and travel trade interests, all appointed by the Swedish Government.
